Fire crews tackle chimney fire
FIRE crews have attended a chimney fire in Oswaldkirk.
The callout was at 3.13pm.
Crews from Helmsley attended the property in the Howardian Hills village.
When the crews arrived the chimney was "well alight".
They used a hose reel jet with a chimney adapter to extinguish the fire.
As of 5.20pm this incident was still ongoing.
