STUDENTS at Kirkham Henry Performing Arts in Malton have danced their way to success in a regional competition.
The pupils won a total of 83 medals and 11 trophies in the different age groups at the Elmete Dance Festival in Sherburn.
Angela Kirkham, director of Kirkham Henry, said they were delighted with the results and added: “Well done to everyone who took part.”

Junior Novice National: Ava-Lily Cooke
Juvenile/Junior Novice Tap: Jack Gibson
Juvenile/Junior Novice Ballet: Scarlett Rich-Spriggs
Juvenile/Junior Novice Modern: Scarlett Rich- Spriggs
Inter/Sen Novice Modern: Ella Piercy
Inter/Sen Novice Character: Sophie Collier
D section over all: Maisie Jones
E section over all runner-up: Sophie Clarkson
F section over all: Charlie Armstrong

Most Cabaret potential: Charlie Armstrong
