A FUNDRAISER has held another event for St Catherine’s, taking her total to more than £16,000.
Angie MacDougal raised £2,370 with her pre-loved fashion show at Beadlam Grange. She has been raising money for Saint Catherine's in memory of her husband Ian, who died just over three and half years ago.
She has organised various fundraisers from fashion shows to quiz nights. Her latest effort means that in under four years she has raised £16,464 for patient care at Saint Catherine’s.
Angie also, gives up her time to volunteer at the Malton Shop every week, as well as helping at many fundraising events at the hospice.
Nicky Grunwell, fundraiser for Saint Catherine’s said: "Angie is a truly inspirational lady. Her fundraisers are always great fun and we are so grateful for her continued support of our services. She should be immensely proud of the total amount she has raised for Saint Catherine’s over the years.’’
