CONSTITUENCY boundaries could be redrawn shifting the University of York from one York constituency to the other.
The Boundary Commission for England has unveiled its plans to cut the number of MPs from 650 to 600. In York changes would simply see the university campus in Heslington shift from Conservative held York Outer to Labour held York Central. Elsewhere in Yorkshire David Davis' Howden and Haltemprice seat would disappear.
