A PROTESTOR has received a caution for possession of a live bullet.
North Yorkshire Police arrested the 54-year-old man at Habton Road on Wednesday, October 11, during protests at a fracking site in Kirby Misperton.
He was later released under investigation by police, and a spokesman said on Monday the man had accepted a caution for possession of ammunition without a firearms certificate after examination of a bullet he had on his person showed it was a live .22 calibre round.
