Cyclist snatched woman's bag in street
A MAN on a bike stole a woman’s handbag in a Selby street.
North Yorkshire Police said the theft happened in New Millgate in the town. at about 10.30pm on Monday, October 2.
The man was white, aged 17 or 18 years old, clean shaven and with fair eyebrows. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, dark top and dark tracksuit bottoms.
