A GROUP of local charities is appealing for people to remember them in their wills.
Ryedale Charities Together (RCT) is holding its Will Week, in conjunction with solicitors Ware & Kay and Crombie Wilkinson.
RCT is a partnership between – Ryedale Carers Support, Next Steps, Ryedale Special Families, Sight Support Ryedale, Acorn Community Care, Helmsley Walled Garden and Ryedale Community Transport.
Jane Cass, Wills Week co-ordinator, said: “The aim is to raise funds and public awareness of our small Ryedale charities and to give people the opportunity to leave a legacy that will benefit their own community.”
Anyone who would like to take part in RCT Will Week should contact one of the participating solicitors.
