CHANGES are being made to the “pay by phone” service for car parks in York.
From this weekend, the service will switch to a new company - RingGo - and drivers will need to download a new app or dial a different number to pay for their parking. New location codes will also be used, and are displayed in all car parks where the service is available. Minster badge holders will still get a discount in all car parks apart from Foss Bank.
