A PLAQUE presentation was made a recent meeting of the Vale of Pickering Probus Club.
The presentation was made by Ron Murray, former chairman, on behalf of club members to David Billett, who has served as club secretary for 10 years.
The event took place at the annual anniversary meal held at the Forest and Vale Hotel in Pickering, in appreciation of David’s loyal service to the club.
Lunchtime club meetings take place at the Forest and Vale Hotel on the second Tuesday of each month, where a two-course meal is served followed by a talk by a guest speaker. New members are welcome.
