Emergency services have attended an incident in Dalby Forest this afternoon.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service and Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue( SMRT) were called at 3.46pm to Dixon’s Hollow following reports to a 77-year-old male cyclist who had fallen with potential airway and cardiac issues. Yorkshire Air Ambulance was also deployed and upon landing at the scene determined that by the man's condition had significantly improved from that which had initially been reported and he was taken to hospital by road ambulance. SMRT deployed two team vehicles and 15 volunteers who were stood down on route to the incident.
