Crime scene investigation team at property in Malton
A crime scene investigation team are at a property in Malton following an incident overnight.
Police were called to the property in Yorkersgate in the early hours of Saturday morning and as a result three people were arrested and brought into police custody following an assault.
A spokesperson said they were not looking for anyone in connection with the incident.
They added they added that the nature of the assault was not serious and there was no threat to life.
