NORTH Ryedale Riding Club members did their club proud on Sunday, March 19, taking part in the British Riding Club's showcross qualifier at Epworth near Doncaster.
The 90cm Junior team of Charlotte Blenkin on Hillside Monet, Jess Earp on April Breeze, Hannah Marley on Cave Star and Erin Smith on Callista took top spot and qualified for the Festival of the Horse Championships in Northamptonshire at the end of May.
Other competitors for the club also had a successful competition with Lizzie Ball on KEC Amelie taking third in the 100cm class, Hannah Marley coming individual sixth in the 90 and Georgina Prest on Obsidian III coming individual second in the 80cm.
A spokesperson for the club said: "Everyone who competed did fantastically well and Chef D'Equipe Ann Sibsey congratulated all those taking part on their brilliant efforts."
