PUPILS at Nawton Primary School have been exploring their family links around the world.
Headteacher Nicola Johnson said it had been an exciting and educational project.
“We have found links all around the globe, through both pupils and staff, but Leah in Year 1 has perhaps the most interesting link - her great, great, great, great uncle, James Dellbridge, sailed on one of Scott’s successful expeditions to the Antarctic - even having a group of islands named after him - the Dellbridge Islands.”
