Enough is enough on student homes
What a surprise the glut of student pods has reached saturation point (Student halls hoping to double as aparthotel, December 19). The operators of a 648-bed student scheme in the city centre now seek to obtain a retrospective change of use from student accommodation to tourist rooms, no doubt due to a lack of demand.
The developers of the former land registry office block on James Street should take note - enough is obviously enough!
