An Indian runner duck
FOUR ducks have been stolen from allotments in North Yorkshire.
North Yorkshire Police said officers were alerted on Thursday to the theft of an Indian Runner duck, a White Magpie duck and two Black Magpie ducks from the allotments at Worlds End near Thirsk.
"An investigation is currently ongoing," said a spokesman for the force.
"Anyone who saw anything suspicious or has been offered these distinctive ducks is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 12160221453.
