A VAN was deliberately set on fire in the village of West Lutton recently, and now police are appealing for witnesses.
The incident happened on Low Road in the village at around 1am on October 21.
A Citroen Dispatch van, which had broken down the previous day, had been left secure and intact for recovery when an offender or offenders unknown set the van on fire.
Police are now conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
