A 55-YEAR-OLD man was injured in an attempted robbery in North Yorkshire this week.
The man was walking home from the Thirsk and Sowerby Institute at about 11.30pm on Tuesday, May 17, when he was pushed to the ground by an attacker who demanded personal items from him.
He suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
North Yorkshire Police have urged anyone with information or who has CCTV covering the Little Path area off Sowerby Road, to contact them.
