A bronze, resin statue of a chained minotaur has been found in a ditch - and now police are trying to trace the owner.
North Yorkshire Police are making the appeal for the rightful owner to come forward after the statue was found in a ditch in Thirsk.
A police spokesperson said it "is thought to be one of a small number made."
It features a man's body wrapped in chains with a beast's head.
The owner is encourage to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, selecting option 2 and asking for Tina Fiorentino or email tina.fiorentino@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk.
