FAMILIES are being invited to put their wellies on and head to the Pumpkin Day at Home Farm in Northallerton.
Peter Richardson, whose family has farmed at Home Farm for three generations, said: "Our Pumpkin Day is a free day out with loads for both kids and adults to enjoy, right here on the farm. It’s also a brilliant way to celebrate the arrival of autumn and all the fantastic food that it brings."
Children’s activities include pumpkin carving, tractor rides, face painting, and more.
For older members of the family there's live music, cookery demos and organic wine and beers on offer.
The day will be held on Saturday, October 24 at Riverford on Home Farm, Newby Wiske, Northallerton, DL7 9HB.
