MEDIEVAL life will return to Fountains Abbey this weekend with re-enactors Rosa Mundi marking World Heritage Day.
The National Trust’s Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal is a World Heritage Site, and will be celebrating its status with an authentic 15th century camp complete with traditional crafts, cookery and archery.
There will be tours of the abbey and water garden as well as a special tour to explore the hidden messages of this unique water garden on Saturday, April 18 at 2pm.
