A64 blocked by crash
ONE person was taken to hospital with facial injuries after an accident which blocked the A64 near York.
North Yorkshire Police said the force received a call at 9.20am to say there had been a three-vehicle collision at Flaxton, between York and Malton.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service said a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance had been sent to the accident, and one person with facial injuries had been taken to York Hospital.
The road was cleared by 10.35am.
