THREE people including two youths and a 60-year-old woman were injured in a crash on the A169 at the Hole of Horcum last night.
The road was closed for about three hours following the incident, which happened at about 6pm.
A 16-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy were injured in the crash, which only involved one vehicle.
A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Fire Service said the three people had suffered injuries which were not believed to be life- threatening.
