THIEVES burgled a business in The Old Hall in Market Place, Pickering.
North Yorkshire Police say that between 4.30pm on Thursday (31 July) and 7.30am the following morning, thieves broke through a reinforced metal door, before getting through a second UPVc door.
They stole mobile phones including three iPhones, an HTC and unknown amount of cash. A force spokesman said: “The thieves would have made a considerable amount of noise as they broke through the doors and officers are also appealing to anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area to contact us.
“The stolen phones were boxed and officers are also advising anyone who is offered any similar phones for sale under dubious circumstances, to get in touch.”
