YOUNGSTERS across North Yorkshire have been celebrating Easter in their own style.
At Settrington primary school in Ryedale held a series of Easter celebrations including a decorate an Easter egg and an Easter bonnet competition.
Meanwhile Terrington Hall’s Easter bonnet parade and concert meant pupils celebrated the end of term in style with its traditional Easter bonnet parade and Easter Concert by pupils from Nursery to Year 4.
Terrington’s vicar the Rev Taff Morgan, who attended the parade and concert and who holds weekly assemblies at the school, said: "The children’s performance this afternoon has been quite delightful. I know that if I was lucky enough to have them performing at church, the pews would be overflowing."
