A WOMAN has been banned from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to drink-driving.
Emma Elizabeth Robertson-Tierney, 44, of The Grove, Norton, was found to be over the legal limit for drink-driving on February 7 this year while driving along The Grove.
Scarborough Magistrates’ Court ordered her to pay a £110 fine, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs. She was banned from driving for a year, but can have the ban reduced by 13 weeks if she completes a driving course by October 23.
