All car’s windows smashed in attack near Scarborough
VANDALS severely damaged a silver BMW 3 series in Dale Edge, Eastfield, near Scarborough.
They smashed every window in the vehicle and put holes in the boot, bonnet and doors of the car between 8.30pm and 8.55pm on Wednesday .
PC John-Simon Coleman, of Scarborough safer neighbourhood team, said: “It is beyond belief what anyone hoped to gain from this appalling act.
“Extensive damage has been caused to the vehicle, which will cost thousands of pounds to repair.”
Anyone with information should phone North Yorkshire Police on 101.
