DETECTIVES in Northallerton have urged the owners of jewellery recovered during a burglary investigation to come forward.

A number of items were recovered by North Yorkshire Police and have already been returned to their rightful owners, but a multi-coloured ring and a purple stone brooch have not been claimed.

The jewellery includes a gold ring with pink, green and clear stones and a costume jewellery brooch with various sized purple coloured stones.

Anyone who recognises the jewellery from the photographs should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option two and ask for Northallerton CID.
