Money-laundering suspects arrested
TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of money laundering near Malton.
North Yorkshire Police officers questioned a 32-year-old Norton man parked in a blue Volkswagen Golf on the eastbound carriageway of the A64, and a 37-year-old Scarborough man in a Citroen Xsara, at about 6pm on Wednesday.
Officers then searched the vehicles, and found an amount of cash in the Citroen.
Both men were arrested and remain in police custody.
