Ampleforth School choir reach semi-finals of BBC competition
Choristers at St Martin’s Ampleforth School are closing in on a prestigious award.
The school choir is one of six to reach the semi-finals of the BBC Songs Of Praise Junior School Choir of the Year competition 2014. Filming of the semi-final takes place in March and will be broadcast in April.
The judging panel includes classically-trained musician Myleene Klass and the internationally-renowned choral expert and conductor Suzi Digby.
