Old Malton woman admits chocolate theft
John McLatchie, of Hawthorn Avenue, Old Malton, admitted stealing £27-worth of chocolate from Costcutter, in Norton, on November 24.
McLatchie, 38, was given a community order at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court and will be required to take part in a drug rehabilitation programme.
He was also in breach of a community order from last December, which has been resentenced as the new community order.
