Dalby Forest, near Pickering, is to be promoted as one of the best outdoor experiences in the country as part of a Visit England campaign to inspire UK residents to take an activity break.
Joscelin Holmes, economy and community manager at Ryedale District Council said: “Dalby Forest, with its miles of cycle and walking tracks, adventure play grounds and quality visitor facilities, provides a wonderful opportunity to attract visitors looking for inspiration and ideas to explore their countryside”
