NEW homes have been given the go-ahead by Ryedale District Council’s planning committee.
They include three at Hillside Way, West Lutton; four at Red House, Salents Lane, Duggleby; and one on land next to 8 East Bank, Main Road, Weaverthorpe. A plan to build a house at 7 Risewood, Gate Helmsley, was withdrawn.
The committee also gave permission for an agricultural building for general storage at Green Far, High Back Side, Middleton.
