Woman, 86, hit by bus in Whitby

AN 86-YEAR-OLD woman was airlifted to hospital after being hit by a bus in North Yorkshire.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the accident in Whitby on Saturday where the woman had suffered a head injury in the collision.
The woman was flown to James Cook Hospital in a stable condition.
