Thieves burgle Settrington house for car keys

NORTH Yorkshire police are investigating after a vehicle was stolen during a two-in-one burglary.

A black Range Rover Discovery 3 was taken between Sunday night and yesterday morning when thieves broke into a property on Chapel Road in Settrington.

The suspects broke into the house through a rear window and, after stealing the keys, took the car from the driveway. The registration plate of the vehicle is B8 JDL.

Officers are appealing to anyone with any information about the burglary, or saw anything suspicious in the Settrington area, to phone North Yorkshire Police on 101.
