Window danger in Scarborough

FIRE crews were called to a property in Scarborough after a passer-by reported a sixth-floor velux window was hanging from its frame.
Crews attended the derelict house, to the rear of Crown Crescent, and used climbing gear to scale the building, pushing the window inside to ensure it could not fall on to a pedestrian walkway.
