A 15-year-old boy is due in court tomorrow over a car crash that killed a man in North Yorkshire.
The youngster has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
Douglas Scott Robertson, 27, died when he was hit by a Range Rover in North Road, Stokesley, at 12.20pm on Saturday. The teenager is due to appear at Northallerton Magistrates Court today at 10am.
An 18-year-old man has also been charged with aggravated vehicle taking and will appear at the same court today.
A 48-year-old man from Brompton-on-Swale, Richmondshire, has been charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of his duty and will appear before the court on February 8.
