A HORSE became trapped after it fell down a steep embankment and into the back yard of a house in North Yorkshire.
The animal had to be led into the conservatory of the house in Whitby by a member of the fire and rescue team, where it was safely turned around and led out.
The incident happened behind East Abbey Terrace at 7.55am on Wednesday. The horse suffered a small cut to its head and was left in the care of its owner and a vet.
