RESIDENTS in Filey can have their say on plans to use council land to build new affordable homes.
Two sites owned by Scarborough Borough Council have been identified as suitable for affordable housing – one off Clarence Drive, and one off Padbury Avenue.
A drop-in event to hear residents’ views of the plans will be held on Wednesday, at the Evron Centre, between 2pm and 7pm.
