GORDON Gibb, head of the Flamingo Land theme park and zoo, is to stand trial at Scarborough Court accused of assault.
Gibb, 36, of The Lodge, Ebberston, Scarborough, chief executive of the theme park at Kirby Misperton, was charged with assault by beating in an alleged incident last July.
He was granted unconditional bail and ordered to appear at the court on February 21.
