Ryedale run results in £1,000 donation to Malton Hospital

MORE than 100 runners pounded the course of the recent Ryedale Run to raise £1,000 for Malton Hospital.
The 10-mile run started outside Eden Camp and finished at the Body & Soul Gym in Greengate, Malton.
As always it was sponsored by local businesses and the organisers are grateful to MKM Building Supplies, Rainbow Equine Hospital, McClarrons Insurance, Red House Dental Practice, Robinsons Opticians, Eden Camp, In Print, Tate Smiths, Up and Running, Dr Harper of Derwent Surgery, Body & Soul Gym, League of Friends, Malton & Norton Lions and all the helpers who willingly gave up their time to help on the day.
Next year’s run is scheduled for September 1. Anyone interested in helping to organise it can phone Sylvia on 01653 693070 during shop hours.
