Talbot Hotel hosts hospice fundraiser

THE Talbot Hotel, Malton, is hosting a special coffee morning on Saturday, October 27 in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice.
Richard Scott, chairman of the Malton and Norton support group, said: “Usually our coffee mornings are held in someone’s house but we were delighted when the Talbot offered their excellent facilities, so our guests can enjoy their refreshments as well as see what the refurbishments.”
Members of the committee have been busy making biscuits for the event, and the hotel will supply the coffee. There will also be the opportunity to buy Christmas cards and presents, and a raffle.
Coffee will be served 10am- noon and tickets, on the door, are £3.
