Laptop stolen in Scarborough

POLICE are appealing for a vital witness to come forward after a laptop was stolen during a burglary.
Burglars broke into a property on Fieldside, Scarborough, sometime between 12.45pm and 1.15pm on Wednesday, October 17, and stole a red Acer laptop.
A few hours later the computer was sold to Wanted secondhand dealers, in Castle Road, where it was later sold to a man for £130.
Officers are urgently trying to trace the man as he could have information vital to the investigation.
Anyone who can help police should phone 101. Two men aged 26 and 28 have been arrested in connection with the incident.
