A SWASHBUCKLING yarn unfolds at Terrington Village Hall on Friday, November 28 with The Prisoner of Zenda, presented by North Country Theatre and Terrington Arts.
British aristocrat Rudolph Rassendyll is distantly related to the royal family of Ruritania. When visiting for the coronation of his cousin the crown prince, he is discovered to be a double for the drunken and dissolute monarch. Rebellion, romance and mistaken identity follow as our dashing hero saves the day with subterfuge and swordplay, and beautiful princess Flavia is forced to choose between her heart and her duty.
Tickets are available from Terrington Stores or Anita Barber on 01653 648249.
