The sounds of the rock and roll great, Billy Fury, will come to life in Scarborough Spa’s theatre on Sunday, February 5,with ‘Halfway To Paradise - The Billy Fury Story 20th Anniversary Tour’.

Using new technology, Billy Fury will appear to sing ‘live’ using archived footage on some of the numbers, as his all original band ‘Fury’s Tornados’ will perform on stage. The only other show doing this is the arena touring ‘Elvis - Live onstage’ with the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

The sensational Colin Gold will perform as Fury on many of the tracks. BBC Radio 2’s Brian Matthews described him with “A voice blessed by heaven.”

The show will feature a whopping 29 hits including ‘I Will’, ‘Last Night Was Made For Love’, ‘Wondrous Place’ and of course - ‘Halfway To Paradise’.

2017 will be the 20th anniversary tour for The Billy Fury Story, and as a result the show has invested in a new innovative stage set and updated screen film of Fury, bringing a whole new dimension to this already spectacular show.

Tickets for ‘Halfway To Paradise - The Billy Fury Story 20th Anniversary Tour’ are on sale now from www.scarboroughspa.co.uk or via the Scarborough Spa Box Office on 01723 821888.
