TOP class chefs, along with one of the world’s most respected Master Sommeliers, are preparing for an evening of fine dining at Scarborough Spa.

Andrew Pern, James MacKenzie, Paul Welburn, Martel Smith and Anthony Gascoigne will present a feast to delight on Thursday, October 13, with the internationally-renowned Master Sommelier Ronan Sayburn providing expert advice on the accompanying wines for each course.

All former students of Scarborough Technical College, the chefs will prepare and cook an exciting menu with support from local students and staff from Yorkshire Coast College.

Each course will be cooked and introduced by one of the leading chefs, with Anthony Gascoigne providing the canapés and James Mackenzie leading on the starter. The fish course will be brought to you by Paul Welburn and the main course by Andrew Pern. Martel Smith will prepare the dessert, while Master Chocolatier Andrew Thwaite and students from Yorkshire Coast College will bring you Coffee and Petit Fours.

The service will be presented by Yorkshire Coast College students in partnership with students from Scarborough University Technical College and staff from the Scarborough Spa.
