WHITBY Pavilion is getting ready for an action packed autumn.

The programme is ideal for any music fan. - from blues to brass, 40’s swing to world music – Whitby Pavilion has it.

Highlights include the Whitby Blues Festival on 2 October and of course the much loved Musicport Festival on 21 - 23 October.

Visitors that love theatre and comedy will not be disappointed as the Pavilion’sVictorian theatre will play host to some very special performances.

The UK’s leading Tommy Cooper tribute show ‘Just Like That!’ brings all the laughs on 8 October, and the legendary Only Fools and Horses star John Challis hits the stage on 10 October with his new show ‘Only Fools & Boycie’.

Local kids’ entertainer Magic Mike is set for an action packed return during half term, Monday 24 October. The ‘Not So Spooky Halloween Show’ brings new tricks and new illusions that the whole family will enjoy.

Being the fictional home of Dracula it seems a must to have something for the alternative audience, and what an event this is set to be! The Bram Stoker International Film Festival takes over Whitby Pavilion on 27 – 30 October for its 6th anniversary. Now one of the biggest and most unique genre festivals in the country you can expect gothic tradition through art, music, literature and of course, films.

After a weekend of celebrating all things Bram Stoker comes the world famous Whitby Goth Weekend on 4 – 6 November. Join the thousands of Goths and alternatives of all ages and walks of life for a weekend you’ll never forget. The Pavilion plays host to live bands including Heaven 17, The Mission, Skeletal Family and more.
