FORMER England and Nottinghamshire spinner Graeme Swann will be heading to Scarborough Spa’s Ocean Room on Saturday, September 17.

The two-time Ashes winner will reveal all to guests on the night through a special question and answer session, from his well-documented feud with Kevin Pietersen, to the dressing room capers that made him a fans’ favourite.

Swann took 255 wickets in just 60 Test matches and 155 wickets in white ball cricket, while he was also named ECB Cricketer of the Year in 2010 and was the number one ranked ODI bowler in the world in 2011.

Following his retirement from cricket in December 2013, Swann has worked as a pundit for BBC.

Comedian Pete Emmett will be on hand to entertain guests, while a two-course meal is included in the price.

There will be a raffle in aid of the Readers Scarborough Beckett Cricket League and St Catherine’s Hospice on the evening, and there will be an opportunity to pick up some unique, signed memorabilia in our auction.

Tickets for An Evening With Graeme Swann are available from scarboroughspa.co.uk or via the Scarborough Spa box office on 01723 821888.
