YORKSHIRE’S award-winning author, radio and TV personality Gervase Phinn brings his side-splitting evening of story-telling to Malton’s Milton Rooms in September.
With his keen ear for the absurd and sharp eye for the ludicrous, Gervase Phinn has delighted audiences all over the UK with stories drawn from his experiences as a teacher and then school inspector in the Yorkshire Dales.
“The Milton Rooms has had great audience support for previous speakers like Michael Portillo and Gyles Brandreth and we are sure that many will enjoy Gervase’s evening of hilarious and sometimes poignant stories, anecdotes and poems,” said Judy Cliffe, chairman of the Milton Rooms.
Tickets for the show on Friday, September 9, priced £14, are available from the Milton Rooms box office in Malton or by phoning 01653 696240.
