ROCK and Roll returns to the Scarborough Spa this summer with an all-day extravaganza.
The teddy boys and girls will be dusting off the drape jackets ready for the The Big Beat on Saturday, August 20, with some of the greatest Rockabilly and Stroll bands from across the country.
Darrel Higham, husband of Imelda May and lead guitarist with her band, is now back on the scene with his unique rockin' style guitar playing.
Stingrays from London, play great British and American rockin’ hits. Also playing the Sun Court on Sunday lunchtime.
Fantoms have reformed with the same line up as in the 1990's, while Race With The Devil is a new band playing great Rockabilly, plus Gene Vincent rockers.
