FESTIVE folk queen Kate Rusby has released her third Christmas album ahead of her live concert at Scarborough Spa on Thursday, December 3.
The Frost Is All Over, embraces the tradition that she first took part in as a child with her family. For over 200 years the South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire folk have performed their own variation of familiar carols in the local pubs.
This 11-track album will feature songs Winter Wonderland, Dilly Carol, Yorkshire Merry Christmas and many more traditional festive favourites.
Kate’s Christmas tour, which kicks off at Scarborough Spa’s Grand Hall, will feature songs from all three of her Christmas records along with selections from Kate’s 2014 album Ghost.
Tickets for Kate Rusby at Christmas are priced at £25 per adult, £22 per concession and £15 per child under the age of 16.
